Kamal Haasan starrer “Uttama Villain” aka “Uthama Villain” is finally released to appear before the audience. While the movie is releasing in India on Friday, 1 May, it had its premiere in some foreign countries on Thursday including at Golden Cinemas in Dubai.
“Uthama Villain” story jumps between both the eras of 8th century and 21st century with different incidents on both sides.
Manoranjan suffers from brain tumour and is in the fourth stage of tumour. Manoranjan requestes his mentor KB Balachander to direct a movie for him since he has less time left.
KB Balachander agrees to do a movie with him titled ‘Uthama Villain’. This story is about the street performance which happened in 1900.

Kamal Haasan has once again proved his versatilite actor and a fine performer he is in every role. His outstanding performance as a folk artist and superstar one big reason to watch the film.
Actor Nassar is at his best and has given an outstanding performance. He gives a tough competition to Kamal.
K Balachander’s presence in the movie is another highlight of the movie and he has delivered very natural performance which seems close to reality.
Pooja Kumar, Parvathy Menon and Andrea look beautiful and they developed in the acting wise. Uravshi has done a good job in Kamal’s wife role and the pairing looks great togeher.
Uttama Villian is an immortal classic which shows the struggles of an artiste to be the best among their competitors.
It is a highly emotional movie with outstanding performance by the star cast, good cinematography and music.
A must watch especially if you are Kamal Haasan movie fan and like classic movies
