Actress Kaveri Priyam reveals secret to burn calories

TV actress Kaveri Priyam rose to popularity with her role as Kuhu in Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRHPK) on Star Plus. The family drama also features actors Shaheer Sheikh, Rhea Sharma and Ritvik Arora in lead roles. The viewers have loved the “kuhuness” of her character and the actress has a good fan following on social media.

The pretty actress is also a great dancer and often shares videos of her dance performances with the fans. She is a fitness freak and believes in looking after herself and her body to the fullest.

Her morning routine will comprise Meditation along with chanting mantras. She also jogs in the morning, followed by yoga and later enjoys a nice English breakfast. During lockdown, as the actress climb stairs as it helps her to maintain as well as lose some fat. Her favoruite exercise is Situps.

Kaveri shared that the best way to burn calories is having Green tea (3 to 4 times a day) and doing skipping. As health supplement, she believes it is best to have vitamins through natural sources and not through external health supplements. However, she has taken is Woman’s Horlicks as heath supplement as she love its taste. She loves having fruits instead of juices and loves oranges and grapes.

The actress also shared few tips for everyday fitness including not to sit at a place for more than 30minutes as down your metabolic rate. She urges everyone should some form of physical activity which could be anything like doing household work, cooking or just doing simple exercise at regular intervals.

She emphasized that that one should keep moving and stay mentally occupied, especially during these challenging times when we are at home under lockdown.

Talking about cheat food she would love to indulge into are Fried momos, golgappe, samosas.

She also suggested that one should have dinner before 7 pm. Also, add Suryanamskar as a part of the yoga routine as helps one to keep fit both mentally and physically.
