Among them, Anil Thatte’s has been stealing attention of viewers with his anger and ill talks about others.The viewers has already started to compare him with Big Boss 10 contestant Om Swami.
Here is a brief journey of Anil Thatte’s how he transformed from a journalist to Guru.
Anil Thatte was born in 17 January, 1950 in Pune. He finished his schooling in Thane, and did his Masters degree in Arts from Ruia College, Mumbai, in 1966.
He started his career as journalist. During 1980-1990, he ran a Marathi publication named Gaganbhedi. It was all about scooops, scandals, and vulgur jokes. After that he stopped his work as journalist.
Anil Thatte is popular for his multi-colored hair style and outlandish attire. Anil has 25,000 different styles of Tiklis and 1500 varieties of clothes. He has 200-300 jackets. He gets his jewellery from America. He had also faced huge criticism for his hair style but never changed his style. He is candid and outspoken person. He quotes himself as a very honest person.
After leaving journalism, he turned as a self-proclaimed guru. He has written various quotes on his life, like ‘I have lived life by my choice and I would leave by my choice’
“You would not find a person like me. Unique!”
It was reported that, during 1900’s, he was in the news for writing controversial article on Balatkar kasa kartat (how to rape).
