Today’s (11.04.2015) Masterchef India 4 episode starts with recap of yesterday’s last challenge – Signature Dish Challenge of Finale Week.
Ashish gets tip for his Baingan rolls by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor. With 30 mins left, Bhakti has too many elements of her dish to be done, Chef Vikas is worried for her as she hasn’t started with her cheesecake.
Neha misses a crucial process with her steamed buns dough and has to re-do it again.
Chefs think that Nikita is taking a huge risk with a savoury dish as well as Bhakti who has taken even huge risk compared to Nikita and think that they will come with very good dishes.
Bhakti ‘s pine nut get burnt twice and she is tensed with only ten mins of cooking time left.
Bhakti is the last one to start with her plating as compared to the others. Judges are surprised that Ashish has already started with his plating but later they inform him that for some reason the presentation of dish doesn’t seem to hold his signature dish together.
Judges start tasting with Nikita’s dish Eggplant Parmesean Detour first. Chef Ranveer Brar likes her presentation and the fusion of Indian and international flavours especially her Makhani Gravy.
Ashish presents his Zucchini roll dish. Chef Sanjeev Kapoor tells him that his presentation skills till needs finishing, but all the elements of the dish are very tasty.
Neha presents her Palak Bok Choy Soup. Chef Ranveer likes the different flavours in her dish including mushroom, star anise, spinach and is very happy with her dish. Chef Sanjeev Kapoor tells its her and not the dish who is the star of the dish.
Bhakti presents her Ulta Putla Pizza and chef Vikas Khanna loves her presentation and the thought of making it a sweet Pizaa.
In the end Judges declare the top three finalists of Masterchef India season 4.
Nikita, Bhakti and Neha are the top three finalist of the Masterchef India 4 and will battle it out in the Grand Finale tomorrow, 12 April 2015 at 9.00 PM to become the winner of this season of Masterchef India.
Nikita Bhakti and Neha being the top three finalists also get their Personalised Masterchef India coats and get excited to wear them.
