Today’s (28.03.2015) Masterchef India 4 episode starts with continuation of yesterday’s “Signature Challenge in Dubai where contestants Partibha, Karishma, Bhakti, Vijay and Nikita are preparing their dish that can have a chance to feature in the menu of Chef Sanjeev Kapoor’s “Signature Restaurant” in Dubai.
Last two minutes are left for the cooking time and Judges check dishes of the contestants.
Bhakti finishes her plating well ahead of time and judges and she are happy with it.
Pratibha feels her dish presentation is missing something. Nikita was worried that her Srikhand was melting at the time pf plating.
Judges start tasting with Nikita’s Passion Fruit Aamrakhand. Chef Sanjeev Kapoor likes the various flavours in the dish and wished that the pista filling was not dry.
Karishma presents methi Malai Mattar Karishma Five. Chef Sanjeev Kapoor likes the dish. Chef Ranveer Brar says that the dish cannot be presented as main course dish but a starter or appetizer.
Vijay’s dish doesn’t impress the judges.
Partibha’s Fruity Papdi Chat too doesn’t impress the judges as it doesn’t look good and she spent too much time on only one element of her dish. Chef Sanjeev Kapoor tells her that its is till date her weakest dish.
Bhakti presents her Kale Chane Ke Kebab. Sanjeev Kapoor says that though her kebabs are soft by adding onion to kala chana that are dry by nature, it still does not impress to feature in his “Signature” restaurant Food menu.
In the end, Judges inform Pratibha, Karishma, & Vijay missed their chance in today’s challenge of featuring their dish in “Signature Restaurant”.
Nikita is the winner of the Sanjeev Kapoor’s “Signature Restaurant” in Dubai and gets a chance to feature her Passion Fruit Amrakhand in Signature Restaurant food Menu.
