Amul Masterchef India Kitchen Ke Superstars, Season 4, Latest News, Gossips, Written Episode (Update) 18 March 2015, Aakhri Daav, Elimination, Auction Challenge

Today’s (18.03.2015) “Masterchef India 4”episode starts with Bhakti Ashsih and Vijay are shocked and surprise to know that today’s will be a MID-WEEK “Aakhri Daav” (Final Challenge) and one of the contestants will go home.

Bhakti & Vijay were never in Aakhri Daav before and nervous.

Today’s challenge is an Auction Based Challenge where the ingredients and cooking tools will be auctioned with cooking time. They get total 120 minutes and auction will be in minutes instead of money.

The auctioned time will deduct the cooking time for the contestants.

Ashish bargains pasta machine for 50 mins and he only gets 70 mins left excluding the ingredients that will be auctioned further.

Vijay takes the Roti Maker with 55 mins auctioned and only gets 65 mins left and Bhakti gets foamer with full 12 mins.

Vijay gets Amul Mozarella Cheeze with 5 mins times auctioned.

Next ingredient coffee is auctioned, Ashish feels Bhakti will need coffee with with her foamer but she is determined to get guava (amrud). Ashish tries to take her time in the auction, but Bhakti plays smart and Ashish is left to take coffee as his cooking ingredient.

Bhakti gets both Amrud and foamer with 120 mins. She starts with her cooking and decides to  make guava cake and use the foamer for her mousse.

Bhakti kickstarts with making Guava chips. Meanwhile, Ashish and Vijay get chance to think about their dish. Judges inform her that Amrud and foamer don’t go together and they are skeptical with her dish as coffee and foamer would have gone well with a cake.

Chef Ranveer Brar points out Bhakti that her cake batter is not good and needs to be strained with a muslin cloth. Ashish is happy that Bhakti over smartness has tricked her.

Later, Ashish and Vijay start with their cooking

Vijay thinks of making Kathi Roll with South Indian flavours.

Ashish thinks of making Italian Lasagnia with a new twist and kick starts with boiling water for Lasgania. He plans to make a coffee flavoured Lasagnia sheets and served with chocolate flavoured sauce.

However Chef Ranveer Brar points out that he should not have used the coffee powder directly in dough and mixed sugar and coffee with water.

Precap:

Tomorrow’s episode, it is seen that Vijay has not impressed Chef Ranveer Brar with his Kathi rolls and Bhakti struggles with her foamer.

  1. Master chef not fair to Vijay Bhakti and Ashish. Really Nikita team has lost but this partial chefs always favours Nikita and Chandini. Vijay team had one person less and hence should not have come in danger zone. Karishma also favoured too much she cannot work in a team
