The cast and crew of Star Bharat’s RadhaKrishn will soon begin to shoot after ease in lockdown in Maharashtra
Star Bharat serial RadhaKrishn (Swastik Productions) is one of the most loved shows on Indian television. Featuring actors Sumedh Mudgalkar and Mallika Singh in lead roles as Radha and Krishna, the mythological show is big hit among the audiences.
Due to coronavirus pandemic and the lockdown, the makers were unable to air fresh episodes of the show for over two months. Recently, the Maharashtra State Government had given a nod to TV and film producers to begin shooting while following the new guidelines and maintaining social distancing on the sets.
As per latest reports, the shooting for RadhaKrishna will begin soon to beam new episodes for the viewers. Shared a source, “RadhaKrishn shoot will begin rolling post 20th June. The show will be shot according to the new guidelines.”
It is heard that the lead actors and the other casts have already been given their new scripts in advance so that they could prepare and come to the sets.
Reportedly, Sumedh and Mallika were shooting in Umbergaon, when the lockdown was imposed and the entire cast & crew got stuck and since then are living there. Now, Mallika Singh is currently at Umbergaon which is an orange zone area and the makers might plan to start shooting her parts for the upcoming episodes. Sumedh Mudgalkar, who plays the role of Krishna, is Pune. There is no clarity over when makers will be able to shoot with him.
